Beauty and Fitness Are They Worth It
Have you heard this before, Health is Wealth. Read that again and think how it is wealth. Health is Wealth! It is the truth in many ways. By being physically fit, it can make a person look lean both inside and out. Being physically fit brings out our inner beauties.
By being physically fit many positive attributes are present in your life. Listed below are just a few see how they can add to you life positively.
Increased energy levels
Increased confidence
Increased productivity
Increased mental alertness
Boosted levels of health
Decrease in illnesses
Fit healthy people are happier
Less stress
Youthful healthy vibrant skin
There are many more wonderful benefits that can be listed. However at this point you can see how positive being physically fit will be for you in many areas of you life.
There is a lot a person can do such jogging or walking in the morning, playing basketball or any other sport with friends but if a person wants to have muscles and look lean, the best thing to do is to gather the proper information about building muscle strengthening the body and add endurance. I know for a fact that many of the people who are healthy, fit strong and lean have educated themselves on what really works and the process involved.
Just like taking any medicine, one should first consult the doctor before undergoing any form of exercise.
Physical exercise is beneficial because it helps maintain and improve ones health from a variety of diseases and premature death. It also makes a person feel happier and increases ones self esteem preventing one from falling into depression or anxiety. It has also shown to make a person with an active lifestyle live longer than a person who doesn’t.
The best exercise plan should have cardiovascular and weight training exercises. This helps burn calories and increases the muscle to fat ratio that will increase ones metabolism and make one either gain or lose weight.
A person who has never worked out before should begin gradually. Doing too much too soon can create pain in muscles and joints. If you develop pain in your muscles when you first start always remember that it is worth it and start at a lower level of exercise. Endurance will never be built in a day and doing it repeatedly will surely be good to the person.
Focusing on a certain portion of the body can help make it improve. A good example is going to the gym and doing a workout more often in a specific area such as the abs can give one a six pack abs.
Let’s face it we all deserve and want that feeling of top level fitness. We want to feel and be sexy, young and healthy.
Beauty is not only about having muscles and that lean healthy appearance. It is also about enhancing the beauty within.
Here are some things one can do everyday to stay beautiful and healthy;
Reading books and other reading material more often keeps the mind sharp just like working out keeps the body in shape. exercise that wonderful mind that you have. Drink plenty of fresh clean water, stay hydrated the mind and the rest of you body work on electromagnetic impulses.
Work and life event tend to produce stress. One can reduce this by taking the time out to do something special like lying in a hot tub, shopping or watching a movie. Studies have shown it is reliever and helps one from looking haggardly. Invest in yourself do something you really enjoy and relaxes you. It will release and free up your ability to function at a clam productive level.
Pollution is something people cannot control given the size of the problem. When one goes out, it is best to put some form of protection such as beauty products that contain antioxidants that protect the skin from damage. There are also other beauty products available and choosing the right one with the help of a dermatologist can help.
To further expand on pollution we really need to learn about the foods that we eat there are many untold truths about our foods and what they are really doing to our bodies physically and medically. Cut way back on processed foods and eat more of a raw diet just doing that will boost you energy levels and allow you skin to grow with that youthful healthy vibrant look. Take these a step at a time don’t expect it to happen over might. Stay the course learn and add more good foods as you reduce the dead energy foods from you diet.
To stay healthy you will want to eliminate negative vices. Many people smoke and drink. Smoking has been proven to cause lung cancer and other diseases as well complications for women giving birth we all know the health issues that are caused from tobacco. People who smoke in many cases appear to be older than they really are. Excessive drinking has also been shown to put unneeded stress and induce harmful agents into the body.
For people who don’t smoke, it is best to stay away from people who do since studies have shown that nonsmokers are also at risk of developing cancer due to secondary smoke inhalation. Smoke as a huge negative effect on the lungs of course and the skin also.
Lastly, it is best to always start the day with a positive outlook. Just as studies have shown that exercise makes a person feel happier, smiling produces the same effect. A smile can do a lot and it is contagious in a positive sense. It brightens the day of not only one but others as well.
In conclusion:
Physical fitness has been proven to assist in many areas of our lives both physically, mentally and medically it allows our inner beauty and outer beauty to shine to be alive with vibrant healthy energy.

Thanks for the great advice. I never thought of health that way…”Health is Wealth…” Great thing to keep in mind. I know I definitely feel better after working out or after losing a couple of pounds.
